We understand that things happen, and we’d like to be as generous as possible in return for your support.
While we are committed to making our entry fees as reasonable as possible, there comes a time where we cannot refund.

| Between 2 months and 1 month from the event | 25% REFUND or FULL TRANSFER to a friend for the same event |
| Less than 1 month out from the event | NIL REFUND or FULL TRANSFER to a friend for the same event |
