Participants now have the option to purchase ticket protection, this will allow them to get a full refund up until the day of the event if they meet the criteria set by the ticket protection company which can be seen here.

We are no longer able to offer refunds to riders who do not select this option. Instead, we can provide transfers under the following conditions:

• If the event is more than one month away, you may transfer your entry to another rider or to a different Quad Crown event.

• If the event is less than one month away, transfers are only available to another rider.

• If the event is less than one week away, transfers are not available.
