We are disappointed to share that the recent severe weather event in South-East Queensland has forced the postponement of our upcoming Sunshine Coast Quad Crown event, originally scheduled for June 10-12.

The weather is the one thing we can’t control, and unfortunately the current conditions, on top of those that have impacted the region over the past few months, has meant our course will not be rideable in time for our event.

Our team has worked overtime to deliver the best and safest possible rider experience, and while we have explored every option to bring our brand-new event to you and kick off the Quad Crown, the trails are just too wet and waterlogged for riders to safely pass through. We also want to avoid any further damage to these awesome trails by using them prematurely.

While it’s not the outcome we all wanted, we now look forward to our NSW event on the Sapphire Coast, planned across the weekend of August 5 – 7.

The Sunshine Coast event has been rescheduled for October 7 – 9. All currently registered riders will soon receive an email outlining options.

We’d like to thank all our stakeholders – our partners, councils, local MTB parks, clubs and crew who have all pulled together and done their best to deliver an outstanding MTB experience for you all. It seems we all just have to wait a little longer to experience the incredible ride the Sunshine Coast had in store for us!

Registrations for all Quad Crown events are open now (hyperlink to registrations page).
